Our products are made to order, please allow 7 days production time for most orders.

We use Australia Post to ship our products. Once shipped, tracking information will be provided with all orders.

Shipping times will depend on where you are located, however most suburban locations have an ETA of 5-7 days and regional locations have an ETA of 5-12 days.

Your order is packaged to ensure its safe delivery. In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged, and you would like a replacement, you need to take the following action:

  • Take a photo of the damaged packaging / item before un-packing (if you can see it is damaged before opening), including the address label where possible.
  • Take photo(s) of the damaged item.
  • Get in touch with us within 48 hours of receiving your order at info.etchmaster@gmail.com, attaching the photos to your email.
  • We will replace your order in the event that it has arrived damaged, so please get into contact with us and we will endeavour to put it right as soon as possible.

Refunds & Returns

We want you to be happy with your purchase from Etchmaster Australia, so we are happy to refund your purchase price on items that are returned to us in 100% perfect condition if you are unhappy. Please contact us to discuss any problems with your purchase and we’ll get back to you as soon as possible.

Our products

We take great pride in the quality of our products. Wooden products may have variations in colour of your wood due to layers and grain layout. Engraving may come in different levels of darkness due to the layers in the wood.

The colour of any product may vary slightly from your computer screen due to monitor settings.
